- 1. Participants must register and bring a valid college ID card.
- 2. There can be only two participants in a team.
- 3. The time limit is 1 hour, exceeding which can lead to negative marking.
- 4. The topic will be given on the spot.
- 5. Colour paints, glitters, paint brushes, sponges, etc are to be brought by the participants.
- 6. Skin-safe adhesives and adhesive removers should be used.
- 7. Stencils or stamps, masks, false eyelashes, special effects contact lenses, eyeglasses, or sunglasses are not allowed.
- 8. Participants will be judged based on their creativity, choice of colours, innovation, and design.
- 9. No obscene ideas or projections will be entertained, this may lead to disqualification.
- 10. The judges' decision will be considered final
