    • 1. Participants must register and bring a valid college ID card.
    • 2. Maximum size of the rangoli should be 2ft × 2ft.
    • 3. The Panorama of Traditions theme is applicable for rangoli making.
    • 4. Only 1 round of competition will be held, Time limit for the competition is 1 hours.
    • 5. Necessary arrangements for the Rangoli must be made by the teams/participants themselves.
    • 6. A team should consist of a maximum of two people.
    • 7. The decision of the judges regarding all matters will be considered final
