- 1. There must not be more than 8 (5+3) players from any universities representing both team.
- 2. All players must carry a hard copy of University ID and other identity proofs along with their Xerox, people unable to verify their association with their college will be prohibited From participating.
- 3. The event will be held in league cum knockout form.
- 4. Pools will be made as per the number of teams registered.
- 5. There will be two halves of 4 min each with 2 minutes time out.
- 6. The stop watch will be on running time The team must report to the bench 20 minutes prior to the game, in case of failure the opponent will be declared the winner of the game.
- 7. All Fouls and violations will be considered as per basketball Federation rules.
- 8. The judgement of the referees will be considered Final.
- 9. In case of a draw between two teams, the game will continue with overtime period until the winner is decided.
- 10. If two or more teams are tied for first place after all pool games then the tie will be broken by considering the net point score of each team in the pool games.
- 11. Changes can be made by the organising committee regarding Fixtures and matches as per the situation, referee’s decision will be considered final
